Seller House is a Brazilian marketplace agency. Our consultants run the stores of dozens of sellers. This panel is the system they use to publish listings, follow promotions and keep each catalog healthy, store by store.
Built for an agency workflow: many stores, each one authorized by its owner, operated by a small team of consultants.
Each client store is connected through the marketplace's official authorization flow. Consultants switch between stores without sharing passwords.
Reads campaigns, invitations and seller promotions of each store, with status, dates and opt-in deadline, and shows which promotions apply to each item.
Every listing of the store with live status, price, stock, units sold, photos, attributes and description, straight from the marketplace API.
For each listing the panel shows the marketplace fee at the current price and every promotion or invitation that applies to that item.
Live count of active, paused, closed and under review listings, so the team sees at a glance where the store needs work.
Every call the panel makes to a marketplace API is recorded with store, user, target, result and response time.
The panel talks only to official marketplace APIs, with the permission of each store owner.
We handle store operations, not buyer data.
The panel works with items, prices, stock and promotions. It does not store buyer names, addresses, phone numbers or documents.
A store is connected only after its owner authorizes it on the marketplace. Access can be revoked by the owner at any time.
Access tokens live in a restricted vault, one entry per store, never in source code. All traffic uses HTTPS.
