How the Seller House Panel handles data.
The panel is operated by SELLER HOUSE SOLUCOES LTDA, CNPJ 65.776.589/0001-60, Rua Urutau, 272, Vila Cascata, Arapongas, PR, Brazil. It is an internal system used by our consultants to manage marketplace stores on behalf of our clients.
Store identifiers, product listings, prices, stock, promotions and the status of each listing. This data belongs to the seller who authorized the connection.
Buyer personal data. The panel does not keep buyer names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mails or documents. If a marketplace API returns such fields, they are not written to our storage.
A store is connected only through the marketplace's official authorization flow, granted by the store owner. The owner can revoke access at any time on the marketplace, and we remove the stored tokens when a contract ends.
Access tokens are kept in a restricted vault, one entry per store, outside source code. Operational logs are kept for up to 90 days. All traffic uses HTTPS. Security incidents involving marketplace data are reported to the marketplace within 24 hours.
